the location is great, u can walk to the city center and the train station in just a few minutes. the bed was really big and comfy, perfect for a family stay. parking was easy and not too pricey, which made things smooth. breakfast was good, but i wished for more healthy choices. overall, it's a solid choice if ur in namur.
the bathroom could use a better setup, and we found some flies in the room which was gross.

It’s absolutely absurd that a hotel doesn't provide paracetamol , I was sick and felt totally ignored. also, no fridge in the room? how could they expect guests to enjoy leftovers without proper storage? I was really hoping for a complimentary snack or something to make up for it, but I just couldn’t believe they'd let me down like this.

I had a lovely solo stay, enjoying a powerful shower and a dark, quiet room leading to a great night's sleep. The breakfast had a good variety, but the room size was a bit snug compared to photos.

The strategic location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and the central station, and I found the variety at breakfast quite decent. Parking options, including an underground facility accessible via a pin code for 12 Euro a day, were practical, giving me peace of mind while I was out and about.
There were some unpleasant odors in the room that were hard to ignore, which detracted from my comfort. The room temperature was often too high, forcing me to leave the windows ajar and deal with street noise. the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing, with overpriced options only available at the reception. The elevator was slow and often crowded, which could be frustrating at busier times. Housekeeping standards were inconsistent, leading to some areas in need of a better clean upon check-in.

The room was pretty basic but comfortable. The bed was nice and cozy, though it felt a bit wobbly when getting in and out. No fridge was a downside for leftovers. The TV had mainly French channels, which was a bummer. The bathroom felt cramped, almost like an airplane setup. Soundproofing was decent, but I could still hear people in the hallway. kind of underwhelming.

The location is fab, not too far from the station, and the flexible check-in made things easy-peasy! My room was surprisingly spacious for an Ibis, which was a delightful shock.
But honestly, I had to battle some flies in my room—thank goodness I’m not a picky princess! the parking situation was a bit of a comedy sketch.
