the location is great, u can walk to the city center and the train station in just a few minutes. the bed was really big and comfy, perfect for a family stay. parking was easy and not too pricey, which made things smooth. breakfast was good, but i wished for more healthy choices. overall, it's a solid choice if ur in namur.

the bathroom could use a better setup, and we found some flies in the room which was gross.

It’s absolutely absurd that a hotel doesn't provide paracetamol , I was sick and felt totally ignored. also, no fridge in the room? how could they expect guests to enjoy leftovers without proper storage? I was really hoping for a complimentary snack or something to make up for it, but I just couldn’t believe they'd let me down like this.

I had a lovely solo stay, enjoying a powerful shower and a dark, quiet room leading to a great night's sleep. The breakfast had a good variety, but the room size was a bit snug compared to photos.

Great customer service with quick luggage storage, but the plumbing smell was off-putting.
